Can I remould my device?
If you find your teeth are not fitting comfortably, you can remould your device up to 3 times.
How do I titrate the Hushd?
You will see two little wings either side of the Hushd device on the lower piece of the device. Also on the side is a small ruler in millimetres.
Place the Hushd device in one hand with your forefinger and thumb on each wing. Gently squeeze the Hushd device, and with the other hand, move the upper piece.
We recommend moving the upper piece one millimetre every 2-3 nights. This allows time for you to evaluate the device effectively and help reduce any TMJ issues.

How far forward to I titrate?
Titrate the device forward one millimetre every 2-3 days until you notice your symptoms (e.g. snoring or tiredness) has improved.
Once you have reached this point, move the device an extra 1mm to see if this improves your symptoms any more. If it does not, then move the device back 1mm to your set position.

How do I know if it is working for me?
You should see an improvement in your symptoms (e.g. snoring, tiredness, your bed partner not complaining at you anymore.)
