Shipping Times: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range between 2-7 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free express shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and excludes any express shipping options.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.

Delivery Issues: If you have any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately at 1300 165 061  so we can assist you. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package from the post office, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. However, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
