Directions 

Cleaning: Dispense foam on aligner and gently brush with toothbrush. Clean it with flowing water and then dry before the next use

Whitening: Apply foam on toothbrush, brush like normal daily routine or spread the foam evenly to cover your tray, wear and spit out excess foam. The foam will dissipate and should be used 1-2 times per day.  

Appliance: Can be used for aligners, retainers, Teeth whitening trays and mouthguards.
