HOW DOES THE GOOD SLEEP TEST WORK?
Once you have purchased your Good Sleep Test kit, you will be contacted for a few basic details, and then you will receive an invitation email with instructions to download the SleepCare app to your smartphone.
When you open the SleepCare app, please click on register and use the same email that you received your invitation to download the app from.
Use your test for the requested number of nights prescribed.
Your personalised sleep report will be generated and available within a few days.
