Hushd Avera - One Size fits all - Oral Device

The Hushd Avera device is newest in improved Dental Devices intended to reduce or alleviate snoring and mild to moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) in adults, designed to help you get a better night's sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and energised.

The device is designed to advance the mandible forward to achieve airway opening during sleep. Incremental forward positioning of the jaw is achieved by combining the different upper and lower splints.

Each Hushd Avera consists of Upper and Lower splints. The Upper splints have two protrusive blocks, one on each side. The Lower splints have dorsal fins that engage with the upper splint blocks.

The HUSHD device uses the "boil and bite" method, making it quick and easy to fit to your mouth. Once fitted, the device can help reduce snoring and improve sleep quality. It's also fully adjustable, so you can find the perfect fit for maximum comfort.

Not only is the HUSHD device a great alternative to CPAP for mild to moderate sleep apnea, but it's also perfect for travel since it doesn't require power. Give your resting moments the care they deserve with the HUSHD mouthpiece.

How to use Hushd Avera

The device is designed to be used overnight by putting it in the mouth while sleeping. We recommend starting with the Upper arch and Lower 1 (L1) arch.

Before commencing use, the arches will need to be moulded to the shape of the teeth. This is done by submerging the arches in hot water and then fitting them inside the mouth while they are mailable, as per instructions.

4. Use the app to schedule a follow up with a local sleep dentist to discuss your trial results and determine whether an oral device is a good long term option for you
